Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain backend services and APIs
Design scalable and secure system architecture
Work with databases to manage and optimize data
Integrate third-party services and tools
Ensure high performance, reliability, and security
Collaborate with frontend and product teams
Debug, test, and improve existing systems

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of backend technologies (Node.js / Python / Java)
Experience with RESTful APIs and server-side logic
Good understanding of databases (SQL / NoSQL)
Knowledge of authentication and security practices
Familiarity with version control tools (Git)
Problem-solving and analytical thinking

Good to Have:

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP)
Knowledge of microservices architecture
Understanding of healthcare or lab systems
Experience with performance optimization
